We want you to feel confident in every purchase from TheFineMan. Each piece is designed to help you look sharp without trying hard—but if something isn’t quite right, we’ve made our return process simple and hassle-free.


You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Items must be in their original condition
  • All tags and original packaging must be included

We do not charge any restocking fees—what you see is exactly what you get.

Please note:
Any return sent without prior approval or to an incorrect return address will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, just mention it in your email.
We’ll help you find the perfect replacement quickly and smoothly.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear
